About Andrea

Andrea Stuehr's unique comprehension of the equine athlete, combined with over 25 years of hands-on experience on the A-level show jumping circuit, makes her one of the East Coast's most highly recommended massage therapists.

She started riding horses at the age of 8 at Maypine Farm in Willoughby Hills, Ohio. Her equestrian career includes managing hunters and jumpers, instruction and training, as well as serving on the HEART Equine Ambulance (Technical Large Animal Emergency Rescue Training, TLAER).

Between 1996 and 2005, she worked closely with noted trainers George Morris and Jeff Wirthman, Olympian Leslie Howard, and veterinarian Dr. John R. Steele. Under their instruction, she learned of the complexity and importance of attention to detail involved in preparing an equine athlete for the International Grand Prix Ring and Grand Hunter Ring.

She studied under, and is certified by, Don and Lisa Doran of Animal Dynamics-Equine Sports Massage Specialists.

Based out of Northeast Ohio, she spends winters in Wellington and Ocala, Florida, and travels the East Coast and Midwest during the summer months. (Click here for Schedule)
